Loan pipeline
Each loan has its own card. Purchase or refinance, the financed property, and the ARIVE number identify the file—even when one person has several loans.
Card colors
Colors use your saved Appearance palette. Choose a color on an individual card to help organize your view. Choices are cosmetic and saved in this browser; they do not change a loan’s stage.

Resize and reorder milestone columns for your own view. Loan stages and other users’ layouts stay unchanged.
Loading your saved layout…
In Edit layout, drag a stage handle or use Move left/right. Adjust width and height with the fields or drag its resize corner. The resize corner also accepts arrow keys; hold Shift for larger steps.
Compact layout fits all nine stages when space allows. Otherwise scroll across, or focus the board and use the arrow keys.
Outside the active pipeline
Finalized files, exception stages, records needing stage review, and included archived contacts stay available here. Their Contact 360 records are retained.
ARIVE updates the loan stages. This board does not move provider milestones, send messages, or start campaigns. Every card opens the same Contact 360 used in Contacts.
