Automatic workflows
Eligible contacts are included automatically when this live company’s email, media and server timer are ready. There are no individual contact switches. Use these company controls to review the included workflows or pause them. Existing opt-outs and company sending hours always apply.

Milestones start with the next real stage change. Imported history will not produce a burst of old messages. Missing birthdays are quietly skipped. When ready and active, these workflows run on the server even when this page is closed. Individual messages remain held until their exact content and media are verified.
Automatic workflows
Customer email is off. Billing stays locked. This stage tests one scheduled email to the CRM owner. Once customer sending is separately activated, eligible milestone updates will run automatically under the master rules; they will not require approval of each message.
Amazon runs the timer even when the CRM and browser are closed. A connected Gmail or Microsoft account is the first route. SES is a backup only after a definite mailbox failure; an accepted or uncertain mailbox result must never trigger a duplicate.

The recipient is fixed by the server: not configured. No borrower, customer or mailing list can be selected here. Preparing a preview does not queue or send email.

Saved delivery jobs
Refresh only reads saved status; it never sends or retries email. An uncertain provider outcome stays held for investigation. “Accepted” means the provider accepted the message; check the mailbox to confirm delivery.
